Every Year on Phalguna Pournima Teppostava is celebrated at Swamy Pushkarini at Tirumala on large scale.
Starting
on Phalguna Ekadasi, Teppostava is celebrated for five days.
On the First Day, Lord
Rama, Godess Sita with Sri Lakshmana are offered pujas and taken around for pleasure
ride in Pushkarini.
On second
day , Lord Krishna along with Rukmini are offered puja and taken pleseant ride around on the float, around Swamy Pushkarini.
Starting Trayoadasi upto Paurnima (Full Moon Day) Sri Malayappa Swamy alongwith Sridevi and Bhoodevi are taken around the Pushkarini on a celestial ride on a well decorated float.

third day -- three rounds, on fouth day-- five rounds and on final day Seven
Rounds, the Ustava Murthis of Sri Malayappa Swamy alongwith Sridevi and
Bhoodevi are taken around Temple Tank(Pushkarini), on pleasure ride on a beautifully,
impressively decorated float .
The
Piligrims throng for the glimpse of the event and darshan of murthis on all the Five days and the furore is more on final day as the charm of Full Moon adds grandeur
to the devine beauty.
Arjitha
seva ticket holders will have darshan of lord Balaji after the event Teppostavam.The Teppostava (Float Festival) is an annual event and cost of the seva is Rs. 500/- for each person.
