YOGA BENEFITS AND PRECAUTIONS

International Yoga Day is celebrated on 21th June. 
🧘‍♀️Yoga is not only asanas but also a process to align Body and Mind with Pranayamas (breathing exercises) . Ultimately an alignment between Asanas - Breathing and keeping the mind hale and healthy.

Yoga / Yogasanas is great  vehicle to maintain mental peace, health problems, simulator of body.


There are different kinds of ASANAS(Postures), curing different health problems. 

Pranayamas which is talked about in Yoga has ability to cure Stress, ailments, and allows rejunivation of body and mind. So many sports persons do Yoga to keep themselves fit physically and mentally. some simple asanas/exercises can releive back pain, tension ,Respiratory diseases and So many ailments

Yoga should be practiced under the guidance of qualified 'Yoga Instructor'.
Especially Pregnant women, Back pain Patients, Injured persons etc., Heart operated, Hernia should not practice some yogasanas . Even after delivery of child mothers should give some gap before praticing 🧘‍♀️ yoga. 
It is always advisable to do yoga under the guidance of Yoga instructor. All health problems should be told to the yoga instructors, even minor health problems should not be ignored, and should get  tailor made courses form Yoga instructor.
