Undavalli caves are associated with the Vishnukunda Kings 420 AD
to 620 AD. The caves are dedicated to Anantha Padmanabha swami and Narasimha
Swamy.
The Carving was made out of solid sandstone on a Hillside in the 4th
and 5th centuries. A.D.There are several caves.The main attraction
of this cave is gigantic statue of Lord Vishnu, Located on the Second Floor,
which is about 5 meters long and is
carved of a single block of Granite Rock.
